One Go binary, zero third-party dependencies, deployed to every machine I own. Power control, live hardware telemetry, a file browser and a game-server panel — all in a terminal. Written up at a deliberately high level: the parts that would map my network stay private.

The site you are reading. A FastAPI app themed like Windows 98, with Twitch sign-in and a live shared drawing canvas that viewers paint onto and the stream renders in real time. The drawing feature took two complete rewrites and taught me to verify pixels instead of status codes.

Orchestration for everything that has to be running before I go live: broadcast software, chat bot, TTS server, a stats proxy, a mirror bot and the site. Plus a watchdog that spent two days confidently repairing audio that was never broken.

A passive observer that mirrors local Twitch-chat TTS audio into a Discord voice channel, so friends hear the silly voice lines without watching the stream.
